Special Meeting of the Board of Directors

Patterson Lake Association of Lanark Highlands

In Attendance: Lorne Bowerman, Ted Manning, Jack Hobbs, and Howard Stanley.

Regrets: None

1. Lorne called the meeting to order at 3:20 PM following the Annual General Meeting (AGM). He noted that the purpose was to elect an executive for the coming year. The four directors in attendance had been elected to the Board by the AGM.

2. A discussion was held regarding representation of the two missing road areas - Nelson Way/Joes Crescent and Parsons Way/Lane. Ted and Howard thought that only Rhodena Bell could represent Nelson Way/Joes Crescent as she is the only cottage on Nelsons Way and she owns the rental cabins on Joes Crescent. Ted moved seconded by Howard that Rhodena Bell be elected to represent the Nelsons Way/Joes Crescent road area. Carried. Ted will try to recruit a member for Parsons Way/Lane.

3. After a good discussion, Lorne moved seconded by Jack that Ted be elected President, Jack be elected Vice President, Howard continue as Treasurer, and Lorne be elected Secretary. Carried. Ted moved seconded by Jack that Lorne hold the position of Past President as well as Secretary. Carried.

4. There being no further business, Howard move seconded by Ted that the meeting adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 3:25 PM.
